As a proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Dori has honed her skills in the culinary arts through extensive training in cooking and hospitality. Her expertise is brought to you from her love for baking, particularly in the creation of chiffon cakes. Each cake is made with care, using only the finest ingredients for a light and fluffy treat. Dori’s passion for baking, combined with her experience from Bècasse Sydney, Messina and Kiyomi Gold Coast, sets her apart in creating truly indulgent desserts for any special occasion.
